Returns

We want you to be confident in your Bido Watches watch. If you are not satisfied, you may return it within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the watch must be:

• In the same condition you received it — unworn beyond initial try-on, with no scratches, tool marks, or resizing damage
• In its original packaging, with all included items (travel case, warranty card, link tool, and any accessories)
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Bracelet links that were removed for sizing must be included.

How to start a return

Email support@bido-watches.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm eligibility and send you the return address and instructions. Please do not ship a return before receiving confirmation.

Return shipping address: 5907 Fazenda Drive, Charlotte, NC 28214-2056, USA (same as our business address).

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order. We recommend a tracked, insured shipping method; we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned watch, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval. There is no restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us at support@bido-watches.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Pre-owned and vintage pieces

Pre-owned and vintage watches follow the same 15-day return policy as every other item — there is no separate or reduced return window for these pieces.
